It has emerged that the BJP Govt has waived off👋 a fine of ₹200 crore💰 imposed on Adani Port and SEZ Ltd (APSEZ) for causing environmental damage😱 and violating green clearance and conditions at its Mundra project🚢. The penalty was awarded by UPA Govt in 2012😯 after examining a report📝 by a committee chaired by Sunita Narain, Director general, Centre for Science and Environment. But after several news reports📰 emerged that claimed that the BJP Govt has decided not to impose the fine😣, Ministry of Forest & Environment said that the fine was 'not backed by any law under the Environment Protection Act and was not legally correct'❌. The ministry also said that it would take a far stringent action than a ₹200 crore fine😠.

I am a Big Modi Supporter & even I given my first vote to him 2 years back.

But this kind of acts from Modi obviously disturb every one in india ! 😡
