More recently Karisma Kapoor shared a picture of herself with sister Kareena from the time when Karisma took her Best Actress Award for her role in Raja Hindustani. That time, Kareena was hardly seventeen and clearly has tones of baby fat on her face.

Post that era, Kareena worked on her looks like how! The lady also underwent certain surgeries to bring out her face cut and cheek bones all the more, and get rid of extra fat on the face. Years on, one can say that the surgeries did world of good to her.
